School is a building surrounded by four walls with future inside. It is a social institution that reflects the standard of the society. Therefore, a good School is needed for a good Society to exalt and utilize its hidden talents for the fullest possible upliftment and progress. A School plays a great role in changing the society and its people in the sphere of academic, social, Eco nomic, mental and moral development. It always keeps the door open for all irrespective of caste & creed, color & Community high & low, rich & poor. Hence it may be termed as a pious and sacred social institution. One step ahead, it ignites the young minds and moulds the pupils to be good citizens as well as good leaders of the Nation.
Education is neither book learning nor a process of imparting knowledge and the preparation of a finished product, but it should be an awakening of curiosity, the development of proper interest, attitudes, values and building up of essential skills. It should enable the learner to be independent and should have the capacity to think and judge oneself. The aim of every educator is to make every child realize that they have a dignified life to live & let others have the freedom of the children of God to be more faithful than successful.
